Concert by The American Boy Choir
The tradition of boy choirs stretches back a thousand years in Western choral history. The American Boychoir School in Princeton, NJ, advances this tradition in a distinctly American way by providing an exceptional choral training program for musically talented boys, regardless of social background or financial circumstances. The school strives to cultivate a choir that is recognized as the finest of its kind in the country.
The choir will sing selections from a program featuring choral works from cultures around the world, including classics from composers like Mozart and Mendelssohn as well as newer works and adaptations of beloved folk melodies.
Join us for a program that will be both delightful and satisfying. Admission is free. A free-will offering will be taken. ($10 suggested donation)
